Fernando from the concierge desk was very nice, professional and helpful also, helping us with places to see around Miami. The blonde lady at check-in was very nice, professional and helpful as well. I had a wonderful time and will definitely stay again! The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was spotless, the service excellent and the view was spectacular!!!

Wonderful hotel, the room has all the comforts and a lot of space. The hotel is fantastic and the staff super helpful. It's in a quieter area, but still very easy to reach everything in Miami. I wish I could stay longer!
