This was our first time visiting NYC, we were on honeymoon and the staff were very friendly and genuine. We got our room upgraded to celebrate the occasion. We will definitely come back to this hotel in future anniversaries, really enjoyed our stay.

They accommodated my reservation at the last minute, and remained very helpful and kind throughout my stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This hotel is 150 metres from the 79th street metro station and 325 metres from the Museum of Natural History. It features on-site spa services and free WiFi. Super friendly staff, they checked us in earlier without problem, great localization, close to the metro and Central Park. A lot of great coffee and restaurant options. Spacious rooms (for a NYC standards).

Great to have full-tine staff to help out. View was fantastic from our corner room and the location is excellent.

The location is amazing.The room was small but really comfy. Really close to a coupe of subway stations, various groceries and options to eat.

Hotel Manhattan ini berjarak 83 meter dari Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Central Park berjarak 161 meter dari Empire Hotel. Hotel ini memiliki kolam renang outdoor musiman di rooftop. I love this hotel. The location was fantastic. The reviews on this hotel had me nervous about my stay but given the time of year it was the best value hotel and location was great so we booked it. I am so glad we did. I think the reviews are very harsh. I am very fussy when it comes to hotels and I loved this hotel. Housekeeping phoned the room the days we had the do not disturb sign on the door and checked to see if we wanted the room cleaned or not. The staff were so helpful. I kept getting an error from booking.com saying my card details were invalid and to update them or we would lose the booking. This error occurred several times despite checking there were no issues with our bank and the hotel directly. I got this message again just before our flight so emailed the hotel to confirm there are no issues with the card and not to cancel the booking. They confirmed this was not an issue on their side and all was OK. On check in we were looked after by Adam who was so lovely and helpful during our stay. The rooms are so comfy and clean. The air con and heating all worked perfectly. There are no coffee machines in the room but this did not bother us in the slightest as there is a starbucks right beside the hotel and also a Duane Read so is handy for picking up late night snacks after a busy day sightseeing. The TV had lots of channels which was ideal for when we wanted a break from sight seeing to watch a few world cup games. Cannot wait to stay again.
