Just 10 minutes' walk from Union Square and the Financial District, this luxury hotel offers on-site dining. A fitness centre is also available. The staff at the Ritz Carlton is excellent -- professional, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable. We had breakfast at the Ritz, a late night hamburger in the "bar" area , and ordered room service -- one the best BLTs I have had. Food and service were first-rate. I also used the workout facilities which were spotless and presented many options -- treadmills, bikes, weights

I'd like to give a special mention to the staff, in particular Fred who gave us a great tour of the hotel and told us all the stories associated with the place.
