The location, access to everywhere in the city, the atmosphere, the food!!, the security, and that rooftop. The room itself was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable (plus those night shades!!!). Freddie was so kind with the check-out process too!

Centrally located in downtown San Francisco, this luxury 4-star hotel is one block from Union Square. It offers an Italian restaurant and rooftop lounge, a sauna, and spacious rooms with free WiFi. Very good location. The room was clean and very big and the staff was amazing.

Perfect location to visit different places in SF. Cable car stop next to the hotel is perfect. Good options to park your car. You can use valet service - works well but bit overprized or there are several parking houses close to the hotel.

Þetta boutique-hótel er í San Francisco, minna en 2 húsaröðum frá Union Square og togbrautarvögnum Powell Street og Market Street. Ókeypis WiFi er í boði. Staff was super friendly and always ready to help. The room was spacious, with a very comfy bed & cute bathroom. There was free coffee & pastries every morning, which I didn't expect! And the location was right smack in the center + in front of a bus stop, so I could very easily walk/commute everywhere.

The Grand Hyatt at Union Square is a wonderful hotel that I hope to return to soon. Have stayed at several hotels in the same area in the past and in different price ranges, but the Grand Hyatt is my favorite. The hotel seems to be well run in every way, the staff are pleasant, the bellboy/doorman service is impeccable. In addition, the level of cleaning is, for once, very good. Both the rooms and the hotel area are otherwise characterized by good order and cleanliness. If you want to live near Union Square, it is not possible to find a more perfect location. Very nice rooms of a good size. Tip: ask for a room as high up on the floors as possible with a view out onto Union Square.
