Mr Lee even helped us with booking our 2 day cruise in halong bay including pickup at the hotel and after the cruise a bus to Ninh Binh which was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

She aslp follow up my arrival time by watsapp. Very good and customer oriented staff. I cant remember her name. Annie. Not sure. And the night shift he is also very friendly and always smile with guest. Because of the staff this place make the property service in high quality.

Staff were really friendly and helpful especially David and Jake who was always on reception and was a really sweet guy and very helpful. It was good quality and very good value for money.
