Really enjoyed my stay here at Another World Hostel. Staff were very welcoming and helpful when wanting tuktuks/ scooters or just general information about the area. A lovely family run hostel. Loved the setting and chilled vibe in the common area. So pretty at night, it’s all lit up. A very generous breakfast which was a bonus. I would definitely recommend this hostel when visiting Sigiriya. Thanks to Maliya & his family for a lovely stay. Also a special thanks to Oshada at reception who was always busy working and always greeted us with a smile :) it’s the little things.

Beautiful property with lots of nature and the sounds of wildlife. We booked a family suite that was very big and spacious and the beds were very big. The staff were very friendly and professional and were always ready to assist us with our inquiries. They kept checking on us and were always asking if we needed anything. The manager was very friendly and went out of his way to satisfy our requests. The resort was only a 30 minute drive from sigiriya rock. You can also book other activities at the hotel like a safari or a local village tour which we enjoyed with the family. The food was good too and the staff prepared the food the way we liked it which was another plus.
