It's a great glamping experience! We arrived at around 6:30pm in the dark and rain and were straight away whisked off to our tent. We asked that evening if we could have a packed breakfast for 5am the next day and straightaway the answer was yes.

This tent features air conditioning. This tent features air conditioning. The Luxury Tent can accommodate 3 persons with one extra bed. It is equipped with an attached bathroom having running water. The property was meticulously curated, and the staff were carefully chosen for their generosity and hospitality. The food and welcome drinks were well prepared; they include selections that I am confident many will try for the first time. Clubbing with safari makes you feel comfortable because they can arrange everything to make your safari trip more convenient. I met Umasha, the safari coordinator; she was excellent and very knowledgable about flora and fauna. Our enjoyable stay at Camp Leopard was made possible by the expertise of the personnel. This tent features a seating area, private entrance and dining area. Our stay at the Yala Wild Hut was amazing! The place was quite easy to find, although it was a few hundred meters off the paved road. Our tent was spacious, comfortable and clean, exactly like it was pictured on Booking.com. The dinner and breakfast were delicious, plus the free coffee/tea was also very nice. We also booked a Yala morning safari through Yala Wild Hut, which we can definitely recommend.

First ask yourself what is the reason you want to be here - if you are here for the nature alone, Nilantha is the best person you can stay with and who you SHOULD take as a guide with you to the safari. He has a degree in biology , fluent English and knows so much about the local fauna and flora so a full day safari doesn’t get boring (which I can imagine can if you only take a driver with you). He is a true believer in ecotourism and is giving back to local communities. If you are here for a fancy dinner and facilities, go somewhere else. This is a simple stay in the jungle. And one more thing to add - your guide is not responsible for how many animals you’ll see BUT we were lucky and he for sure knows some spots where they MIGHT appear. And last but not least- Nilantha is a great and nice person we had a chance to meet :)

Located 15-minute drive away from Yala National Park, Yala Dream Park features a garden and barbecue. Tissa Wewa is 8 km from the property. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. A beautiful place in the middle of nature! We loved our stay here! The staff and owner are very friendly and communicative, telling interesting stories about the wildlife and history of the place. The safari we did was amazing!

Attentive, knowledgeable staff who care passionately about their work. Incredible guides for the safari, amazing food, beautiful setting. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The tent provides air conditioning, a private entrance, a terrace with garden views as well as a private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The unit offers 1 bed. Amazing property, the Tent is a very cozy room and the staff was amazing. Uditha received super well and helped us with everything we needed. We stayed 3 nights and 2 days, and had a very early safari in both days. Uditha provided a breakfast for us to bring along and eat in our safari, and gave many tips about the region. We had pré-booked our safaris and lunch already, but if you need they can arrange for safaris and/or lunch as well. On the morning of our checkout we also did a nice bush walk around the property to say our goodbyes to Yala. The rooms have air conditioning, fan, hairdryer and good wifi. Definitely will recommend to friends that come to visit the Yala National Park!

Situated 17 km from Situlpawwa, Leopard Nest - Glamping in Yala offers accommodation and free WiFi in Yala. The property offers a complimentary game drive to Yala National Park. We stayed at the leopards nest for 1 night and it truly was an unforgettable experience. After reading some mixed reviews, it exceeded our expectations and I am so happy we planned this into our itinerary. The hotel sent driver information which we shared with our driver and everything was seemless. The safari truck was waiting for us and we did the afternoon safari. The guy was great, really knowledgeable- we were lucky enough to see elephants really close up and many other amazing animals. He then took us to the hotel around 6pm. We had a bbq dinner which was very cute, the food was really good quality too. We booked a sky nest and had a couple of little frog visitors in the bathroom but we didn’t mind, they added to the memories! The sky nest was really clean and more comfortable than we were expecting. WiFi only worked in the main restaurant areas but that’s okay, it was nice to be off the grid for one night. Again, breakfast exceeded our expectations and the hotel liaised with our driver for a smooth pick up. The staff are lovely and I fully recommend for one night if you want a safari and jungle glamping experience.
