Calheta Glamping Pods - Nature Retreat, a property with a garden, is located in Calheta, 27 km from Girao Cape, 28 km from Porto Moniz Natural Swimming Pools, as well as 35 km from Marina do Funchal. We are here for the second time, so we love everything about this place. They have 2 new pods and the road to the place is also recently built with new asphalt 👍🏼 Amazing view, good location near Calheta Beach with a supermarket and a lot of restaurants, fresh bread every morning, parking, garden, comfortable kitchen with nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, porch with hammock

Everything was really clean and we had everything we needed. A very beautiful place to stay. We would highly recommend it.

The well-equipped kitchenette has a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and a microwave. simply amazing - beautiful nature around, quiet at night, spacious enough for a couple even for a longer stay, super comfortable bed, many hiking routes directly accessible, animals around - donkeys, wild rabbis and peacocks...it really had all we needed + the best host...thank you and hope to be back!

Guests can make meals in the kitchen that is equipped with a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and a microwave. We had the most wonderful stay at the Mountain Eco Shelter. The location is beautiful - the lodges are in a beautiful Ecological Park full of plants and flowers. You can do hikes directly from the lodges. The lodges themselves have everything you need - a great kitchen, a comfortable bed and a balcony with a stunning view. The staff here are really friendly and helpful. There’s even a snackbar down the road where you can grab dinner & drinks. We loved every minute of our stay here and we are already planning to come back again.

The fully equipped kitchen has a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and a microwave. Lovely cabin surrounded by mountain views, we saw so many stars at night. There's a great place to eat and drink (O Barracão), just 10 mins walk from the cabin, and it's only 20 minutes drive from Funchal (we had a rental car, but I believe there's a bus stop nearby too). It felt like a little home away from home, bed was very comfortable, shower was excellent and the little kitchenette had a stove top, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and fridge. Our host was wonderful, very welcoming and gave us lots of recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!
