I was fortunate to stay in one of the refurbished bedrooms- tastefully decorated and warm. Breakfast was included with my accommodation- fresh fruit and cereal, creamy porridge and a cooked breakfast- very substantial! I just wished I stayed longer than one night in Rye. Will definitely stay at The Lookout when I visit Rye again.

Lovely van, in great location and I can imagine on a summers day the decking would be lovely. Welcome pack of local biscuits & bottle of juice. Also a kitchen cleaning pack was handy to get us going Dishwasher wash a bonus as well Having tv in each room, WiFi & Netflix's was amazing.
