The place was great, right next to the center of Oban a nice 5 minute walk down to the pier. The room was small but had everything we needed, very clean, modern and comfortable. I got confused with the code trying to get in (my fault) and they were quick to answer the phone and help me check in. Overall great experience

I had a Beetroot cured smoked gravadlax with horseradish cream, cress & toasted sourdough followed by Beer battered haddock & hand cut chips with peas & tartare. The starter was one of the best I have ever had and the main course was the perfect meal for a first day in Scotland. Compliments to the chef!! Our room was spacious with every comfort. A huge comfortable bed with a nice view out the front of the building, and nice bathroom with all necessary accessories.
