Beautiful studio apartment with air conditioning and small kitchen corner with everything you need. Close to the beach (7 minute walk) and to the store and bakery and restaurants (5 minutes walk). The owner Sergio is very nice and friendly. The apartment house is in a very quiet street almost without traffic. Peaceful.

Our trip to Villa Castello Rausch was definitely exceptional. The rooms were incredibly large and nicely furnished - you feel like a royal! Every room is really unique. The location is great, you hear the sounds of nature and the big park like garden invites you to relax. If you want to go swimming - Porec is only like 5 minutes by car. The breakfast simply was the best. You definitely need to book that! The villa is family owned and you will feel like home within a short time. Big recommendation, you should definitely visit Villa Castello Rausch if you are looking for something special to relax :)

I don't know where to start, staying at this place was an absolute pleasure. I feel privileged to have been able to stay at this place. Everything around this place just makes you happy! There is a feel-good vibe connected to it. The rooms are spotless, bathrooms are spacious and well equipped, cutlery and other cooking equipment is available. The terrace and the garden are beautiful, and a perfect spot for breakfast or coffee. All in all, if you can reserve this place! :)

Our stay at this apartment exceeded all expectations by far. From start to finish, we had an incredible time and can't recommend this accommodation enough. The apartment's location was simply perfect. Just a short walk away from the beautiful beach. The city center of Poreč was also easily accessible, offering a plethora of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The apartment itself was tastefully decorated and very well-maintained. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by the hosts, who provided us with a detailed introduction and even some local treats as a welcome gift. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the apartment. The beds were comfortable, the furnishing was modern and spotlessly clean. The balcony also was a true highlight.
