Very serene, beautiful views and was surreal having our own onsen on our balcony. Staff were super polite and cared for us so well (thank you Miki!). The traditional Japanese dinner was splendid and top quality ingredients. Room was super clean and had every amenity we could have needed. Public onsen was huge and very clean. We found it to be very clean with all the facilities we required for our stay. Easy self check-in and check-out and adequate parking available. The view of majestic Fuji from the balcony was an absolute bonus.
