A cosy, characterful 18th century cottage a stones throw away from the historic Royal William Yard and next to our newly refurbished cocktail and craft bar, The V.O.T. The Vottage is a short walk to bars and restaurants with views of the marina. With ferry routes nearby, its only a quick trip to other destinations such as The Barbican, Plymouth Hoe, and the Cornish Coast. A sea view from the master bedroom makes the Vottage your perfect coastal retreat.
The Vottage is nestled amongst privately owned houses and cottages next to the sea. The Royal William Yard with restaurants and bars and a small private marina is a minutes walk away. There are small pedestrian Ferry points to take people to Mount Edgecombe, Cawsands, the Barbican, and Calstock. Bus services are also less than a 30-second walk away to take you into all areas of Plymouth, and surrounding areas. There is an abundance of watersports nearby, with the most popular being the open-water swimming community and paddleboarding. Boat access is also readily available in The Royal William yard and Mayflower Marina also close by. Pre-booking is recommended There is also an abundance of public and private parking spaces nearby with no more than a 5 minutes walk from the furthest. A bus stop is less than a 30 minutes walk away and can access the whole of Plymouth and the surrounding area leaving every 30 minutes. Furthermore, there are 2 pedestrian ferry pickup points that can take you to other popular areas of Plymouth.
