El Mercure Kangaroo Island Lodge goza de vistas a las tranquilas aguas de Eastern Cove, en el pintoresco río Americano. American River is a bit out of the way, and KI Lodge is almost as far as you can go before the road ends! We had a superior King Bayview room, which had a nice balcony, 2 decent beds and was tastefully decorated. Its features include tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, an iron and ironing board, and a room safe. And thank you to the hotel for the “welcome gift” of a bottle of wine and cookies; very thoughtful! There is an a la carte restaurant and a bar, which served food. We chose the latter and were quite happy with the selection of meals available. It has a marked walk in their rear grounds, which we did, and were lucky to see glossy black Cockatoos in the wild. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, it's only 40 mins to the ferry, so very convenient.

Fantastic location, right in the heart of town; minutes from restaurants and the wonderful salt water pool (great for an early morning dip). Inna Nutshell is extremely well equipped, but as the host says lacks views, but who cares when the accommodation is so lovely and comfortable - bedrooms, kitchen, TV, coffee machine etc etc. Really clean too. Would recommend without doubt.

A cabin with a nice view and as a bonus some koalas on the property. The owner tries to be sustainable and asks for collecting water for plants and birdbath!! From Thursday to Sunday there is a beachcafe open at Emu bay and Lavender Farm is a must😉.

Bright n comfortable living room furniture as well.

Beautiful, tastefully decorated apartment with everything you need. Sparkling clean with a spacious deck and well stocked kitchen. The location is perfect for exploring the island. Many species of birds fly overhead with sweeping views of the ocean below. It was paradise. We would highly recommend this apartment for an extended stay.
