Comfortable bedding and spacious clean toilets. Whole ambience was 👍 superb. The restaurant in the estate was lovely too! Private and had great views from our room.

Lot113 Vineyard is a fantastic place just to chill out. We love the views of the vineyard , the sunset and the sunrise in the comfort of the balcony in the room. We could enjoy the views and photography of the Milky Way! The verandah is a great place to relax. the hosts, Lynne & Robert are super friendly and helpful and patient. We HIGHLY recommend this accommodation to rest and relax and enjoy the serenity. We certainly hope to return if visit Swan Valley for holiday again.

El alojamiento se encuentra en West Swan, a 23 km del centro de convenciones y exposiciones de Perth y de WACA. Espectacular casa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños. Dispone de jardín y aire acondicionado. Facilities were as advertised and in good condition. Plenty of outlets in every part of the house with good condition electrical items such as: iron, microwave, oven, Wifi, smart TV, washing machine, etc. The location is great as it is facing towards the small park in the area with McDonald, Petrol Station and Coles supermarket nearby. In addition to that, the Caversham Wildlife park is only a 5 min drive.

Quiet area and nice to have a garage.

This place was lovely and and the host was super friendly and informative. Amanda, the host, greeted us and was nearby if we needed anything. As soon as we arrived, we were that impressed and asking her for a another night's booking. Facilities were great, plenty of seating options and we made use of the BBQ. Would love to go stay again in the future.
