Located in Aarschot, 'S Hertogenmolens Hotel is set in a renovated water mill along Demer River and offers rooms with free WiFi and flat-screen TV. The stay was perfect for what we needed. The neighborhood of the hotel is very beautiful, the room is comfortable, clean, bright. It's not luxurious, it's simple but cozy. I thought the renovation was very beautiful. Overlooking a river, with a brasserie with a veranda facing the water. Breakfast is very good, above average, with a variety of breads, croissant, yogurt, juice, fruit. In Belgium they rarely tear down old buildings. They have made good use of this old building with a beautiful renovation, with an annexe (done very often in old buildings in the country). I found it cozy and they deserved to have a booking score above 9.

Beautiful garden to boot. They cater for wheelchair users and reduced mobility. Hans and Jasmine were wonderful hosts and catered for my dietary requirements, no problem. I am coeliac and dairy free and have lots of other intolerances. Sad to leave. The accommodation was top-notch.

We flew in for a local aeroplane meet and stumbled on this beautiful B&B. Everything from the design of the building to the thread count of the sheets was perfection. The owner is absolutely lovely, the breakfast he made was outstanding & we even had a chance to bond with the hound of the house. Quiet and gorgeous, highly recommend They have a little wine fridge so you can relax with a lovely vino
