I liked the location of the hotel a lot. I really like places that are a little out of the way but quiet. The hotel was close to town and only a 7 min ride via taxi or UBER. Some people also walked to town. The views were amazing. Room was huge and everything was clean and tidy upon checking in our room. It was easy to get a hold of staff when we needed them and we had a chat set up on WhatsApp to communicate. I would definitely stay at Patio Azul again and recommend it to my friends who will visit Puerto Vallarta in the future.

Step out of the hotel and you are on the beach where you can swim. You can hear the waves lapping the shore at night. The hotel is in the heart of Puerto Vallarta’s Romantica Zone where the restaurants are on the beach. It is opposite cafes, restaurants, beauty salons, bars, and shops.The hotel offers sun beds to laze on either at the beach or on the roof top. All the staff are very happy, helpful and welcoming. I just loved the Christmas tree being decorated by the lovely staff whilst I was there!

Perfect backpacker hostel in the old part of Puerto Vallarta, just a couple of blocks from the beach and main plazas. Lots of food options and convenience stores nearby. Many nice spots to hang out around the hostel, and an awesome rooftop terrace were they serve breakfast and you can hang out. Nice vibe at the place, and I met a bunch of cool people here, both backpackers and mexicans on vacation. The owner was super cool and let me store my SUP board for a small fee. Muchas gracias por todo!

Location of Mismoloya. Family run hotel, 6 large suites only. Kitchenette has everything we need. Far enough from the hustle of Puerto Vallarta, but easily accessible public bus ride, right outside the hotel grounds. Owners onsite, mature, responsible, kind. Oceanside dining, right next door, El Caracol. When on terrace all you hear are ocean waves and bird song. Pacific sunsets some of the I've seen in 40 years of travel from every suite and the restaurant. Well shaded, cool breezes.

Location right in Zona Romantica and down town Puerto Vallarta where all attractions are. The hotel is by Rio Cuale so the rooms by the river are specially charming. Hotel’s gym fully equiped. Rooms are clean and very new, nicely furnished and with AC. And the personal is very helpful. I forgot my mobile in my room and Alexis helped me to get it back at the airport. Many Thanks. I really recommend the hotel and I will stay there next time in Puerto Vallarta.

We absolutely loved this small, charming hotel, the staff and everything about it! The location is very central to everthing in old Puerto Vallarta so you can easily walk everywhere (although I wouldn't recommend it if you don't like hills). Our room had a private veranda overlooking the cathedral so we enjoyed watching the ringing of the bells! The rooms are large, well furnished and tastefully done. And, the breakfast was supurb!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Garlands del Rio. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us with several recommendations. Our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the room's decor. Our favorite thing was the hotel's location - it is close to many restaurants and a park and is also situated along a river. If we go back to Puerto Vallarta, we would definitely stay at Garlands del Rio.

It was a great little find in Puerto Vallarta. Nice small hotel located on the top of the hillside just outside of the centre of town. Fantastic views from our room and the roof top pool and hot tub. Room had a full kitchen which was great when you did not feel like travelling down the hill for a meal. Great customer service from the staff especially the manager Sergio.

This cute hotel is on a quiet street, but only steps away from Los Muertos beach, or from the hustle of the Romantic Zone in Puerto Vallarta. Rooms face the pool and courtyard, but reflective glass provides privacy. Breakfast was not included but we were offered complimentary coffee and delicious pastry from the adjoining bakery (although the service was a bit chaotic).

This place is a classic. It's location is perfect. It's one of the first hotels in Puerto Vallarta and is located thusly - right at the beginning of El Malecón. It's a lovely hotel for the price and you'll actually feel like you're in México. I booked through Booking.com and got a free upgrade to ocean view for a great price.

We had an unexpected layover in Puerto Vallarta on our way back from Guadalajara, so we needed to quickly arrange a one night stay. This hotel was extremely well priced and the room was clean, modern and had a great view. I particularly want to mention the excellence of the hotel staff, all of whom were friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Nice apartment in a new building in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood with a lot of good restaurants, cafes and bars around. Rooftop pool area was great with nice views over the city. Excellent supermarket close by. Convenient location outside of the main tourist areas, especially for a longer stay in Puerto Vallarta.

This is a great place for those looking to stay in Boca de Tomatlan. The town is not for everyone ... it's not an extension of Vallarta. The building itself is nice and the apartments are clean and well furnished and very comfortable. There are cooking utensils, a barbecue upstairs, and the hosts are great people !

Location was good, but hotel doesn't have excess to the private beach at the ocean, like many other hotels. We were staying in Puerto Vallarta for the last 15 years: We stayed at Vamar, Krystal, Sol Melia, Bonaventure Mexican Charm, Rio Pacifico, Jalisco. In many hotels we stayed 2-3 times, because we like it.

The location of Hotel posada de roger always makes it a go-to property for us. It is in the heart of what Puerto Vallarta calls the romantic zone and steps away from restaurants. The rooms are furnished with local furnishings and reflect the old culture of Mexico. It’s not fancy, but I would call it cozy.

Very beautiful modern apartment, huge windows which means a lot of light enter the flat. The rooftop is amazing and probably one of the best view from Puerto Vallarta. Drinks at the bar are reasonably priced. The location is perfect as well, right in the center of Zona Romantica.

Good value for Vallarta in a nice area near the Hotel Zone, with a reasonably short walk to the beach. Apartments are spacious and clean. Kitchens are well-equipped. Pool is small but quite nice. The complex feels safe, with a security guard at night. Staff are friendly.

The hotel was central for that part of Puerto Vallarta. Not mt favourite area but fine for a few days. Good restaurants are found on adjacent streets plus many places for great massages. The roof top pool was what drew me to the place. It was lovely. Small but warm.

The hotel is lovely, especially the lobby bar, with stunning views. It’s Right on the beach and all rooms have a sea view. And even better it’s only 5 mins by Uber to Puerto Vallarta which is a super traditional Mexican town with a beautiful promenade and church.

The hotel was great with accommodations esp the adults only infinity pool on the top level. It was very peaceful and relaxing with the best view in Puerto Vallarta. The room had plenty of space and met all our expectations. The food was not bad but not great.
