Located 13 km from Kyambura Game Reserve, Lights of kazinga orphanage and homestay offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as a garden. This is an amazing home stay. They run an orphanage and do incredible work for the community. They built the guest housing to help with the projects but they go way beyond to make your stay amazing. The staff is so incredibly nice and really do everything to make the stay a great experience. The room is great. The balcony is perfect after a long game drive day to chill and enjoy the fresh juice and good food. Highly recommend staying there.

Songbird Safari Lodge & Campsite features a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Katunguru. Exceptional experience at songbird safari lodge. The location, where elephants walk close and even through (!) and where other animals can be seen in the garden at night, is totally awesome. Everybody there (Goritta, Anington, Mbabazi) is so helpful for any service, wishing to make all at the best. The accommodation and the meals (with great ceremonial from Mbabazi) are wonderful. More than highly recommended !

Together with the pool and sitting area it really is a fantastic place to stay. The staff is super friendly and the food was the best we have had in Uganda.

Located 7.4 km from Queen Elizabeth National Park, The Elephant Home provides accommodation with a garden, a bar and room service for your convenience. My husband and I stayed at Elephant Home last week and would highly recommend it as a great base to explore Queen Elizabeth National Park and the surrounding local community. Profits from the hotel go directly into funding community projects which the staff is happy to share more information about. The community manager was a great resource in sharing information and we enjoyed both the vanilla farming tour as well as the Kazinga Channel boat cruise. The staff were all friendly and courteous, the food was delicious, and the location is just on the other side of QENP.
