The home is lacking a common indoor sitting area. The porch is great during nice weather, but on a cold, blustery day, it would be nice to have an area with chairs and couches to read and relax. It also would have been nice to have some breakfast options such as cereal, yogurt and granola for people that don't want a full hot breakfast every day.

Breakfast was simple yet delicious every morning. The host was very accomodating with when we wanted to eat and serving us with a smile. Charming old house with history, we were in the old part of the house which I loved. Gorgeous porch with lots of seating, excellent location. Initially I was hesitant about the shared bathroom, but with two full bathrooms shared between 4 rooms, it was a complete non-issue.

The Inn is on a busy road and in a heavily touristed town. That's a plus for families but not ideal for a couple seeking quiet time. There is a lot to explore in this beautiful part of upper Michigan. We'd like to feturn but would choose a quieter, more remote location.

The Inn is convenient to the hustle and bustle of downtown Arbor Glen. Everything the town offers is within walking distance. The staff is wonderful and the breakfasts, superb. The Inn has a pleasing sense of history, without being fussy. We were on the 2nd floor, with three other rooms and two shared bathrooms. Our room was smallish - just fine for us - and the bathrooms were always clean and well tended. The wrap-around porch is a welcoming place for breakfast and conversation; a shared frig is available for chilling road food. Shawn, the Innkeeper, readily provided tableware and cutlery for our take-out supper and asked us to leave them in the sink for washing. An unexpected pleasure! Michele, the other staff we met, is friendly and fun to talk with. She's been with the Inn for 13 years - a very good sign!.

No bath mat in tub/shower or floor rug/towel. I wasn’t aware there weren’t any TVs. But this wouldn’t stop us from staying again.

The owners/ hosts were great! They were very accommodating, friendly, and full of great advise regarding the area. The Location is excellent, easy walk to the restaurants and shops in Glen Arbor, and a short drive to the local sites. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was eggcelent! We would definitely stay here again!

The lighting in the bathroom needs improving...especially for makeup application...needs another wastebasket and another nightlight...the water tasted and smelled like bad well water...
