This hotel is fabulous, the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms were massive, and the beds were the best hotel beds I've slept in. We were allowed an extra hour of stay to 12pm for free and could store our luggage to go explore before our flight home. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I will definitely visit this hotel again.

When i first arrived, based on the outside appearance, I didn’t know what to expect. To my surprise the hotel gave a very homey, comforting feel. My room was nice and cosy and I really appreciated the free laundry room and free breakfast, it surely added to the at home feel. I would definately stay here again.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned well. Hair in tub & on floor. Dust on toilet lid. Other than that, the hotel was great!

The noise at night outside was really loud until 3am. The room we had was a king sea view suite and the pictures on the website showed two relaxing lounger/ bed type furniture all we had was two chairs so the room looked empty and was not comfortable to watch tv. When lying on bed instead tv is to far away. Also only one bin in the bathroom no water bottles in room which is the norm in a suit . The room was really big and bed comfy so just the lounge area was disappointing

Wifi didn’t even work. Says there’s an outdoor and indoor pool, only outdoor but we weren’t allowed to use it. We went to breakfast both mornings at 8:30 and there was no food left. They booked building work to start drilling right outside our door at 7:30 in the morning (with no warning that it was going to happen). Security deposit takes 7-10 days to come back?!?
