We had our best nights sleep ever. And it was very kind to let us change rooms when the view was not fully up to our expectations. It meant a lot to us and we enjoyed every single second in your premises ever since. We loved the relaxed courtyard with impressive plants, firepits and fountain, too. You made us feel at home in the best possible way. We greatly appreciate your excellent taste and sense for design details. Only the best of everything in an understated way. The common area are neat and clean, location in the midst of Hollywood. Front desk are very helpful, professionals, freindly, specially Dennis who fixed our concerns right from the time we checked in and til we checked out. The room was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable beds.
