The hotel was very excellent. The location is very great and safe. Amazing staff everyone was very friendly and welcoming and the room service was really good. We had a lovey stay. We were able to use the hotel cars and rent free for 4 hours a day which was very fun.

Once home to Charlie Chaplin, this historical hotel is centrally located in West Hollywood. Great place. A home away from home located in the mid of West Hollywood. Helen and her team makes you feel comfortable all the time. We were upgraded to the Marylin cottage. Splendid. Lovely place - great location. It does not get better.

Just 5 minutes’ walk from the Sunset Strip, the Andaz West Hollywood - a Concept by Hyatt features onsite dining and a rooftop pool. the rooftop area was stunning with the most incredible view!! Stuff was super friendly, thank you espacally to the car-parking-guys! Location was perfect and we felt very safe!
